you can be a heart advocate

In 2015, I began laying the foundation for The Heart Advocate. I was beginning to choose myself, to never settle in relationships, to express my thoughts and feelings, and build my self-worth.

I received my certification in The Foundations of Self-love, through the Path of Self-love school in 2017. As The Heart Advocate, I provide workshops, programs, and self-love sessions [available virtually] and have a FREE virtual support group on Facebook called, Healing Over Everything™ (scroll down to learn more about H.O.E.).

Since 2017, I have made the choice to advocate for myself, and now, I want to help you to advocate for your heart.

By choosing self-love and including yourself on your to-do list, you can cope with mental health, grief and loss, defy your Inner Bullies, and choose healing.

The Heart Advocate is dedicated to helping you choose self-love as a coping skill for mental health and healing. I take self-love with me everywhere I go, so if I am presenting, speaking, or facilitating a workshop, you are in a judgement free zone and safe space. All services are accessible, no matter your sexuality, gender, race, ethnicity, culture, socioeconomic status, religion, age, or disability; you are welcome here. I want to be your safe-space.
